Our specialty range of wheat free and gluten free foods cater specifically for those who require a gluten free diet. This may be due to gluten intolerance, coeliac disease or an allergy. However, not only are our products gluten free but many of them are also dairy free and some are even free from eggs. We do not use any peanuts on site though we do use other nuts in some products. We do not guarantee that our products are totally free from dairy, egg and nuts (there is always a slight chance of cross-contamination in a small kitchen). We only know that all our products are totally gluten free.
