Gluten Free cooking made easy!!

 A great addition for any cookbook collection!

Longer than there has been an Elocin Foods I have been making and baking all sorts of things with the thought of perhaps one day putting it all together into a cookbook. Finally I have managed to put one together. And it took a lot longer and a lot more hard work that I ever thought it would. The making up of the recipes is the easy bit. Remembering to write down what I did so that I could do it again if it worked, or change it if it didn't was the hard bit. I cook by 'feel', a recipe is a guide not something I  stick rigorously to so making sure I wrote things down was very important.

The Elocin Foods Gluten Free Cookbook has over 100 recipes and every thing is gluten free, though they don't have to be. Many of the recipes use Elocin Foods products, such as our All Purpose Flour Mix or Pastas, but they can be substituted for your own brand choices (though I can't guarantee that they will work as well). There are  also many recipes that don't use our products (such as Rocky Road or Baked Salmon with Lemon Hollandaise).

As with the way I cook, I have allowed this book to be a guide for those who also like to cook that way or you can stick exactly to the recipe if that works for you. Throughout the book I have added notes and ideas of ways to tweak and change the basic recipe. I've also left plenty of room for the eventual owner of the book to make plenty of notes of the changes and additions that they make to turn the recipes into firm family favourites.
