Products
All products are made with gluten free ingredients. All ingredients are certified by our suppliers as being from non-GM sources. All products are made in a kitchen processing nuts and eggs.
We limit the addition of preservatives and additives to our products as much as possible, which is why so many have short shelf life or require refrigeration. You will see some preservatives and additives present in the ingredient lists as these are often those that are found in the ingredients used, and they are listed by name, not number, in most cases to make them (hopefully) easier to understand.
At the bottom of the page is information on the Country of Origin of the ingredients used in our products.

There is great demand these days for information of country of origin of food products. This is tricky to list on a product label when it is made from numerous ingredients. Often you will see a label state "Product of New Zealand, made from local and imported ingredients." This is something that we could put on Elocin labels but it doesn't really offer any useful information.
All Elocin products are made here in NZ but the ingredients used come from all over the world. We are unable to include the country of origin on our lables because there simply isn't enough room and the origin of the ingredients can change each time they are ordered depending on availability (especially for the organic ingredients). Therefore, they will be listed here.
Please note that this list is a work in progress and will be updated as much as possible. We request country of origin information from our suppliers in order to keep updated. Some ingredients are bought from the local supermarket and they often only say "Product of New Zealand, made from local and imported ingredients."
