Makes being
different - special!

Brandy Sauce

Ingredients:

1 egg

3 Tbs melted butter

3/4 c icing sugar

3 Tbs brandy

1/2 tsp vanilla

big pinch nutmeg

1/2 c cream.

Beat the egg until fluffy.  Blend in the butter, icing sugar, vanilla, brandy and nutmeg.  Whip the cream and fold through.  Store in an airtight container in the fridge.  It will separate on standing so stir just before serving.

This is also a fantastic sauce for dipping strawberries or cherries into.
